 Marina Cuisina's Presents Mother's Day Brunch      

10:30 a.m until 2:30 p.m.

We will be offering  the following pre-fixed menu.

All brunches include bountiful bread basket, served with flavored whipped butter and a homemade assortment of breads.

$15.99 for prime rib

$5.50 children

All brunches include tea, or coffee, a variety of juices are available for an additional $1.50

 

1) Blueberry Belgium Waffles, topped with fresh berries and served with whipped cream.  Accompanied with roasted red potatoes, and your choice of bacon, ham or sausage.

2)Banana Pecan pancakes blended with banana slices and candied pecans and a dollop of whipped cream, roasted red potatoes and your choice of ham, sausage or bacon.

3) Dock of the Bay, a Marina Cuisina favorite, 3 egg frittata, sun dried tomatoes, fresh spinach and old bay, sprinkled with imported cheeses and served with roasted red potatoes and fresh fruit cup.

4) Chesapeake Strata, layers of crab, scallops, and shrimp, blended with a cheese egg mixture, served with roasted red potatoes, ham, bacon or sausage, and fresh fruit cup

5) Prime Rib, seasoned prime rib cooked to your liking and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh asparagus in a lemon butter sauce.

6). Chipotle Pork Tenderloin, herb rubbed in olive oil and slowly roasted served with  mashed potatoes , and fresh asparagus. Apple Sauce served on the side.
